Pearson of Wemyss Bay is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
Due to a retirement, this rare opportunity has come up to join our award-winning, family-run Suzuki dealership offering a 5-day week. This is an ideal position for someone who is motivated, customer-focused and passionate about delivering a professional service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all customers visiting the dealership.
- Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to handover.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options across new and used cars.
- Conduct test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and product presentations.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of the Suzuki range and associated services.
Relationship Building
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Deliver a personalised, pressure-free sales experience aligned with the dealership’s values.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and past customers to maximise opportunities.
Administration & Compliance
- Prepare accurate quotations, finance applications, and sales documentation.
- Ensure all processes comply with FCA guidelines and dealership standards.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and update CRM systems promptly.
Teamwork & Dealership Support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, service, and management.
- Contribute to a positive, friendly dealership atmosphere.
- Support promotional events, showroom displays, and marketing activities when required.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in automotive sales (preferably with a franchised dealership).
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a professional, approachable manner.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to exceed targets.
- Full UK driving licence.
